COST Actions: Informative session
The University Jaime I (UJI) held an Information Day on COST Actions the 29th of May. The initiative organised by the European and International Projects Office (OPEI) offered information to UJI research groups to promote their participation in this European Cooperation programme in Science and Technology.
The COST Programme (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is an ideal instrument for initiating European and international cooperation in research and innovation projects, for the promotion of the mobility of researchers and to establish networks of scientific excellence.
It was an opportunity for around 20 people to learn more about COST Actions through the experiencies of Leonor Hernandez, chair of the COST Action Nanouptake, and Alexandra Gimeno, young researcher of Nanouptake.
